Africa Foto Fair 2024 Open call
We are pleased to invite you to submit your work to Africa Foto Fair 3rd Edition. We welcome submissions from both emerging and established photographers working in all genres and styles, from documentary and photojournalism to fine art and conceptual photography. This is an opportunity to share your unique perspectives, stories and experiences in Africa.

Submission guidelines
Photographers of all backgrounds and levels of experience, based in any country, are eligible to submit their work to Africa Foto Fair.
- Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges consisting of professional photographers, curators, and art experts.
- Selected photographers will be notified via email.
- All images submitted must be the original work of the photographer and must not infringe on the rights of any third party.
- Images may be in colour or black and white and may be in the following genres: documentary, photojournalism, fine art, or digital art.
- By submitting your work to Africa Foto Fair, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your images on our website, social media, and other promotional materials.
- You retain all copyright and ownership of your images.
- You may submit up to 5 images in JPEG or PNG format, with a maximum file size of 2 MB per image.
- All images must be labeled with your name and image title in the following format: “firstname_lastname_title.jpg”
- A short collection description (up to 300 words) and a bio (up to 300 words) in English or French should also be submitted.
- All submissions should be made through our online submission portal.
- Submitting your entry more than once will result in disqualification.
Submissions will close on February 29th, 2024.
